Instructions for authors

How to submit a proposal?

The proposals shouldn’t exceed 500 words.

It must include a title, the name of the author, the institutional affiliation and the principal publications of the author.

The papers are to be submitted in .pdf format on the “Submit” page.

The oral presentation should not exceed 20 minutes.

Conference languages: English, French

Deadline :
January 8^th, 2016.      

The decision on the final acceptance of the abstract will be communicated to the authors by February 15^th, 2016

The program will be published on March 2016

The participation to the conference implies inscription fees for all the speakers

• 50€ (for the scholars who could benefit from repayment by their institution)
• 30€ (for independent scholars)

The organizing committee offers 2 nights accommodation in Dijon and three lunches for the speakers

The travel expenses are not covered.

The payment would be made only on-line by credit-card or by order form starting April 2016.
